🔹 Step 2.5: LLC Formation & Investor Fund Structure

Before funds are committed, we create a deal-specific LLC to protect all parties.

✔️ All investor names and percentages are legally filed
✔️ Capital contributions are tracked and allocated
✔️ Funds are held and released according to scope milestones
✔️ You receive an Operating Agreement showing ownership, roles, and exit provisions

Lexicon Builders executes the approved construction or renovation plan.

🔹 Step 4: Sell or Lease

Once construction is complete, Lexicon Capital activates the exit strategy.
